Palm Springs Pride 2026: Parade, Festival and Where to Stay

Palm Springs Pride turns 40 this year, and it’s going to be a big one. The 2026 celebration runs November 6 to 8, with the theme “Be Included.” Expect a packed weekend of parties, live music, a street festival and one of the best Pride parades in the country, all under perfect November sunshine.

The Pride Parade

The parade steps off Sunday, November 8 at 10 am. It starts in the Uptown Design District and heads south down Palm Canyon Drive to Amado Road, with more than 225 entries. It’s free to watch.

  • Want more room? Grab a spot on north Palm Canyon near Alejo Road. Crowds are thinner up there.
  • Want the energy? Central Palm Canyon near Tahquitz Canyon Way is the busiest stretch.
  • Want to keep the party going? South Palm Canyon near Baristo Road puts you steps from the Arenas Road bars.
  • Get there early with chairs, sunscreen and water. Good spots fill up fast.

The Pride Festival

The festival takes over downtown Palm Springs and the historic Arenas District on Saturday and Sunday, November 7 and 8. Think multiple stages of live entertainment, a big marketplace of local vendors and block parties into the night. Check pspride.org for this year’s lineup and hours.

More ways to celebrate

  • Drag brunch. Oscar’s in downtown Palm Springs hosts drag brunches on Pride weekend. Book ahead.
  • Pool parties. Several resorts throw ticketed pool parties all weekend. These sell out, so buy early.
  • Come a week early. Palm Springs Leather Pride runs October 29 to November 1, right before the main event.

Tips for Pride weekend

  • Skip the parking hunt. Downtown fills up fast. Rideshare in and out, or park early and stay put.
  • Dress for two seasons. November days are warm and sunny. Nights cool off into the 50s.
  • Leave your pup at the pool. Big crowds and hot pavement are hard on paws. Your dog will be happier back at the house.
