These terms apply when you use palmtreesandfloaties.com or book a stay with Palm Trees and Floaties (“we,” “us”). By booking, you agree to these terms. Bookings are processed through Hospitable, and its terms also apply to your reservation.
The price shown when you book includes the nightly rate, taxes and fees. Your reservation is confirmed once we accept it. The payment schedule is shown at checkout, and you may be able to split your payment into two installments.
The cancellation policy shown at checkout applies to your booking. Our standard policy is:
Every property has a 2 night minimum. The number of guests may not go over the limit for your home: The House and The Pink Condo sleep 4, and The Yellow Condo and The Blue Condo sleep 2. Guest verification through Hospitable may be required before your stay.
Breaking these rules may result in extra charges or the end of your stay without a refund.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Pools, spas and outdoor areas are used at your own risk. For The House, pool heating is optional and available for an extra fee.
Please treat our homes with care. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, and extra cleaning, and we may charge you for these as allowed by our booking platform’s policies.
Our homes operate under City of Palm Desert short-term rental permits. Guests must follow local laws, including noise, parking and trash rules.
We work to keep our website accurate, but photos, amenities, descriptions and nearby business details are for general information and may change. Event dates are set by the event organizers.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings, or for interruptions outside our control, such as utility outages, weather, or pool and spa maintenance. Our liability for any claim related to your stay is limited to the amount you paid for that stay.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in Riverside County, California.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you book apply to your reservation.
