Fresh Agave Mexican Bar & Grill
When guests ask us for a fun, casual Mexican spot, we send them to Fresh Agave. It’s colorful, warm and always lively. The menu mixes traditional dishes with modern twists, and the margaritas are famous for good reason.
It’s a great first night dinner after a long drive. Order a round of margaritas, some guac and settle in.

- Drive from our stays: about 5 minutes on Highway 111
- Hours: 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday
- Takeout: online ordering is available. Perfect for a taco night by the pool.
- Groups: they take reservations for larger parties
Our tip: grab takeout and eat poolside. The sunsets from our patios are hard to beat.
