Coachella and Stagecoach
Every April the desert hosts two of the biggest music festivals in the world at the Empire Polo Club in Indio. Our stays are a calm, comfy home base away from the crowds.
2027 dates
- Coachella Weekend 1: April 9 to 11, 2027
- Coachella Weekend 2: April 16 to 18, 2027
- Stagecoach: April 23 to 25, 2027
Getting there
- Drive from our stays: about 20 to 25 minutes without traffic. Festival traffic can easily double that.
- Shuttles: our condos are about a 5 minute walk to a festival shuttle stop. Buy a shuttle pass with your festival ticket and skip the parking lots.
- Rideshare: there’s a dedicated drop off area, but expect surge pricing after the last set.
Festival tips
- Book lodging early. These are the busiest weekends of the year in the valley.
- Hydrate and bring sunscreen, a hat and a refillable bottle
- Plan a pool day between weekends to recover
